With over 30 years of international experience, Pablo Hoberman is an entrepreneur and business builder with deep expertise in real estate and operating income-producing assets. From Miami, he leads StarTouch One, a company focused on the acquisition and operation of Starbucks retail locations, as well as Urbis Real Estate, a boutique firm specializing in structured real estate opportunities.

Through his companies, Pablo provides Latin American investors with access to professionally managed, transparent, and scalable real estate and operating-business opportunities in the U.S. market.

Camilo Mairena

— District Manager

Hospitality executive with over 20 years of experience across QSR, casual dining, and fine dining environments. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (International Business) and an Associate’s degree in Graphic Design, combining financial strategy, operational execution, and brand development.

Expert in multi-unit management with a strong focus on P&L oversight, cost control, budgeting, labor optimization, and margin protection, driving sustainable profitability through high-performing teams and operational excellence.

Elsa de Jesus

— Controller

Results-driven accountant with over 12 years of experience delivering accurate financial reporting, strategic insight, and dependable compliance across diverse industries. Known for integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable guidance for business owners and stakeholders. Has supported businesses through growth phases, regulatory changes, and operational improvements, helping strengthen financial performance and reduce risk.

Carolina Martinez

Carolina has over 12 years of experience supporting financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance across organizational reporting functions. She specializes in producing reliable financial reports, performing detailed account reconciliations, and managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes with precision and consistency.

Throughout her career, Carolina has supported controllers and finance leadership by maintaining strong internal controls, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring timely month-end and year-end close activities. She is recognized for her strong attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information, and values clear communication, consistency, and collaboration to support informed business decisions.

Nicolas Blanco

Certified Public Accountant with experience in accounting and corporate finance, specializing in the management and analysis of financial information. Graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, with a strong commitment to financial accuracy, transparency, and compliance with accounting standards.

Daniela Serna

With over 12 years of experience in real estate, investments, and structured transactions, Daniela brings a results-oriented, transparent, and relationship-driven approach to investor communications. She is recognized for her strong communication skills, professionalism, and integrity, helping investors clearly understand opportunities while building long-term relationships that support StarTouch’s continued expansion.
